Q: What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: petrolatum, carnuba wax, coconut oil, capsaicin, jojoba oil, squalene oil, aloe vera oil, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e), glycyrrhizinic acid, fragrance.

Q: How do you use the sculpting cream with this? The directions say not to useany creams, gels or lotion before use.

I don’t use nothing else but this and I wrap my workout belt after applying the tc1.

Q: Do you have to shower right after use?

You should wipe off the excess gel and sweat right after your exercise routine. If you do shower right after be sure to use a cool shower because the workout gel is heat activated and hot water will reactivate the heat sensation. When you shower is totally up to you but its probably a good idea. :-) Hope that helps!

Q: is there a time cap I should have this on for or can I go on a few mile hike ?

You can absolutely leave it on for your hike. The heat usually lasts a couple hours. You can also put a little on your legs to keep them loose and warm through the hike. Keep in mind it heat activated so direct sunlight will intensify the heat. A littl goes a long way for most people.
