Just made my first cup and am going to immediately have another cup! This coffee is delicious. There is no bitterness, is creamy, has an aromatic scent and from the first sip you will think that you are having a high end freshly ground coffee. I have often wasted money on purchasing several brands of decaffeinated coffee because it is not easy to find decaffeinated coffee that is really good but this is 1# on my list now! You can choose to make it mild like a breakfast blend or bold and strong by simply adjusting your scoops. I highly recommend that you purchase this coffee. I consider myself to be a coffee enthusiast so I know good coffee and this is absolutely gourmet without the high price. What a great find!!! Amazon seriously needs to highlight this coffee so others will know about it. Last, it arrived the same day that I ordered and it is good with or without any sweeteners. It has a natural hint of sweetness.

It smells great and tasts great as well

It smells soooo good when you open the jar! And the coffee tastes great too! So many times better than the last brand I bought from the grocery store. The flavor must be a result of the Swiss water process this brand uses to decaffeinate. That method retains the coffee bean's oils. So, along with flavor, all the wonderful anti-inflammatory polyphenols are in there, too. It's also not a small thing to me to know that there can't possibly be any solvent residues in my decaf. The only concern I have is the lid. It's a very lightweight, flexible plastic. You twist it just half a turn to open, and half a turn to close. It doesn't give you that satisfying feel that an old fashioned jar lid does, that you've closed it tightly. You just have to check it each time, to make sure it's on securely. Otherwise it could be on crooked because you twisted too hard, and then the jar wouldn't be airtight, and then you would compromise that lovely flavor. I'm seriously considering putting the coffee into a different container so I won't have to be so careful with it. Other than that, I am so happy that I found this brand of decaf, and highly recommend it.
