Can it hold a 200lb deer and have two guys pulling with their weight to skin the animal? I know it says up to 600lbs but two more guys at 225lbs ea?

If you can spread the little critters legs that wide. If so, it's probably not a raccoon and your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Question for a professional game cutter: is this good enough for elk? Also, would you recommend something else for a guy whose done a lot of processi?

Max is 600 lbs. so for cow elk you are good, but for a big bull that can be up to 800-1200 lbs, I would not attempt even after gutting. I do not have experience with others so I can't make a recommendation at this time.
