The product states it is a pair so I was expecting a pair (I.e. two) to arrive - as one would expect given most people have two of each type of shoe. One insole arrived in the packaging. Misleading and totally useless.

Effective Product
The double version works well. Relieves foot palm pains to certain extent (but not eliminates the pains). Fairly durable. Can be cut into different sizes to suit your shoes. For everyday use, it lasted about 6 months to a year. Acceptable given the price.
