I bought this to help with dry eyes, and it's been fantastic. The heat level is perfect—warm and soothing without feeling too hot. I also love that it has four heat settings. I recently took it on holiday, and the USB connection made it so convenient to use. It packs easily and provided great relief after long days in air conditioning. The heat stays consistent, unlike microwave eye masks that cool down quickly. Comfortable to wear and well worth the purchase. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone with dry, tired eyes.

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes

Works really well, gets hot but is still comfortable. The auto shut off timer is perfect for bed time because this mask helps put you to sleep!

My wife uses these as she suffers from dry eyes. She used to use a cloth soaked in hot water but this was messy, the cloth was too hot at the start, perfect temperature for a short time then needed repeating. These enable a constant temperature to be set, no mess, couldn't be easier. She is well impressed.
