This item work fine in the ploter hp-800 ?

If you are referring to the HP DesignJet 800, then yes, this item is the correct cartridge.

I want to know that this ink is not expired. Does the owner guarantee that before I purchase it.

I don't know, because I've never bought expired inks.

what is the expiration date?

old! and I didn't realize that we were ordering out of date ink :( The date on one is Dec. 2008 and the other is May 2011. Haven't tried them yet to see if they work or not. If I had it to do over again, I would not have purchased out of date ink.

cartridges are good to use for a full year after expiration date as long as they are kept out of direct sunlight and are kept standing upright (not in a drawer). HP cartridges have a print head in each cartridge and the head needs ink covering it at all times so it reads properly when installed in your printer. I hope you realize that all name brand HP cartridges are made in Malaysia, Thailand or Singapore. They are imported.
