Asian Best Premium Rice Vermicelli Bun Gao, 140z (3 Packs)

Bought these for a noodle dish I wanted to try from a Tiktok video. These noodles were really good! I have already ordered them more than once. Ordering them again!

Purchased these as an alternative to regular noodles (roomie has Crohns). Made the beef noodle stir fry you see in the pic, less than 15 minutes cooking time (TOTAL...prep not included, of course...hahaha). As for how long they take to cook, almost no time at all. Brought the water to boil (with a little salt, of course), dropped the noodles in, stirred them 2 or 3 times, and they were DONE (just a hair softer than al dente, which is what you want for stir fry)...less than 3 minutes. These are SUPER THIN noodles. One trick I learned a long time ago - do NOT leave them in the water. Drain them as SOON as they are to the desired tenderness, and let them sit for a few minutes. Yes, they'll try to stick if you leave them too long, but that's easily handled. Just before adding them to whatever dish you are using, run warm water over them while stirring them around. They separate nicely, and are quite good in whatever you are using them in/with. Each package makes a meal big enough to feed 4 adults (with leftovers)

It tastes great but I would like the thinner rice stick. Can't be cooked with soup or stir fried with meat and vegetables.

I love these noodles; I add them to my egg rolls as a filler. I always get compliments on them!! These noodles are also good in a Pho soup!!
