Amazing
I've tried MANY different products for my plantar fasciitis pain - and this massage roller is absolutely incredible for quick relief.Over the past few days my feet have been hurting so much, I've gotten a foot massage, I've stretched my legs and calves, I've used different pressure application tools, I've put a cold compress and applied heat...This arrived today, I just popped it out of the box for a quick try - and in minutes I'm feeling so much better.

genau das was man braucht um die Füße/ das Fußgewölbe zu trainieren
Ich bin Läufer (ca. 300 km pro Monat) und hatte letztens Problem mit dem Fußgewölbe links.Von meiner Trainerin hatte ich dann eine Empfehlung für Übungen zum Lockern und Stärken der Fußmuskulatur und der Bänder bekommen.Diese Übungen kann man auch mit einem zusammen gerollten Handtuch machen, ich habe mir jedoch dieses Teil hier gegönnt.Damit kann man wesentlich besser punktuell Druckaufbauen und auch die Sehnen und Fußmuskeln sehr gut ausrollen.Ideal auch wenn man z.b. einen Stehtisch im Homeoffice hat, da kann man sich alle paar Minuten mal auf die kleine Rolle stellen bzw. mit dem Fuß drüber rollen.Sehr empfehlenswert.
