These are amazing! They do add shine and kind of bring life back to damaged hair. The smell isn't that great but it works very well. It adds softness as well and you probably only need one capsule especially if you have thin hair.

I love PERFECT LINKS.
The last several times I’ve ordered Perfect Links , Amazon sends me Perfect Care. Perfect Links has more vitamin’s . Perfect Links was perfect, it made my hair stronger with way less breakage. Perfect Care is not the same as Perfect Links, it makes my hair weaker with more breakage. It is definitely a different formula.
