Question it’s authenticity
*Update: After using this pen for awhile I've found two major issues. The clip is extremely sharp - its ruined two blazers. When I clip it on my pocket the it punches through the material like needle, it just doesn't come back out. Problem two - It has an extremely scratchy nib. So rough that it often picks up paper (even quality paper) and the tip gets gummed up and must be wiped off.Either Parker pens just feel cheap or this is a fake. Not what I would expect out of a higher end fountain pen company. This isn’t the flagship model but come on. Parker can do better or I got a fake pen. Disappointed.

pen refuses to write!
I purchased this because I had used Parker fountain pens in the past. This one is a pretty shade of light purple. It is very pretty, and nicely made BUT it does not want to write. I returned the first one when it wouldn't write and exchanged for another one but the second one won't write either. I have to fiddle with it and flick it (not recommended as you get ink everywhere) in order to get it to start writing. Once it gets started it will continue to write but if you don't use it for a day or so, it stops working. I thought it was the ink I was using so when I received the second pen, I made sure to use the ink cartridge it came with but same thing. I would like to return it but I returned it once for a replacement, so I no longer have the option to return it for good and get refunded.

Cheap Parker pen
Pen works fine, I'm using it with refillable Parker cartridge and ink that left from the first Parker pen that I lost. It just feels cheap because of the really light weight and materials. I still like the look and design though.Update: pen doesn't work well with my old refillable container anymore. It seems that the cap doesn't seal the tip and ink dries out. Pen won't work if it hasn't been used for a couple of days. I have to wash it every time. It is frustrating. Not even sure if it is Parker. My old one never had such issues.

Don’t bother.
This fine point Parker IM quit writing within two weeks of receiving it. It wrote well for a few days. Then it started to dry in between use, and I’m talking a few hours. It took several strokes to get it started. I made sure there was plenty of ink in the cartridge, so that wasn’t a problem. I finally decided to return it when it just stopped writing after sitting unused overnight. I tried cleaning it and a fresh cartridge, but never did get it to write again. Very disappointed.

Pray it works
After six months of very casual use, the pen began to leak from nib and barrel joint. My warning is to never try to return it to the manufacturer. I have NEVER been given such the run around for a return. I had to finally give up.

Fine feels like medium.
Good quality. Enjoying the product. Fine feels more like medium.

But would have liked a richer green color would be better
Decent design by Parker. But would have liked a richer green color would be better.

Very attractive looking pen - would prefer the medium nib though
I love the way this looks - gorgeous shade of dark green with the lovely etched body and cap design - very tasty. Very smooth to write with (as fountain pens should be) and feels nice in the hand: it's full metal construction on this premium version - some kind of alloy I reckon as it's very light. The fine nib is nice, but I do prefer the Parker medium nib for a bit more character when writing, and also - & this is why I've docked a star - I do get the occasional hard start with this fine nib - I.e. It doesn't quite always start to lay down a line of ink as soon as I put pen to paper. This is only if I haven't used the pen for a few days but, still, it's somewhat annoying and not what I'd expect in a pen with an RRP of over £60 (I paid less than £30 on amazon - thanks Jeff) - hopefully this only affects my particular pen as a one-off, and it's not enough of a nuisance to make me want to return the pen, cos it's really rather lovely.

Extremely saddened that Parker has or had the Royal stamp.
I was so looking forward to getting the pen from the world famous British pen markers. I was really looking for quality because I’m British as well and I know how hard British people work. It started writing well. Then I went on a trip and I left the pen in my briefcase and when I got to my meeting the ink was all over my notes. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. So that’s why I’m giving a one star.

Scratchy
Parker pens are normally great, this one is awful. The design and feel of the pen is lovely, quality and premium feel, however the ink doesn't flow freely, the nib is scratchy and dries up so each time I pick it up (which is daily, it's not left to do dry) I have to scribble on my pad to get it going again. I picked up a Parker Jotter fountain pen in Tesco for £6 which works like a dream, so maybe I just got a duff one.
