I went from losing probably more than 100 strands a day, to really only losing about three or four in a single wash The only con is that, like with most things, without consistency your typical hair fall comes back. I find that I could order this once every six weeks and it would last that long. It does require you to use quite a lot at once, and requires you to use “clean hair only. “ I don’t wash my hair every single day, so sometimes I still applied it when my hair was not freshly washed.
