Double check you are buying the correct staples for your staple gun
Works as intended. Not as easy on the hands as I was expecting. Might swap to an electric staple gun if it becomes too difficult on my hands. Accidentally purchased wrong staples do mine. Oh well, at least it was only $3 wasted.

Fine Quality Staple Gun for the Workshop
This is a sturdy, reliable staple gun. I use it for mounting needlepoint canvas on stretcher strips, but I am sure it would be equally useful for a wide range of art, craft, workshop and woodworking activities. When I use this, I know that the canvas is going to stay firmly anchored to the frame until I am ready to take it off. It is quite sturdy and easy to load. Please note that if you have children, you will want to store this away from their reach, and preferably with the staples in a separate area. It is not a toy, or a paper stapler. It is a serious workshop tool.
