To do this correctly what you should do now is to take a sample of your water and send it to a lab. Once you receive the lab report look for anything that has an unusually high level that might be a health concern. If you do find contaminants that are not acceptable then you need a whole-home filter system on the mail water line, then you can still use this filter to get you water sparkling clean. **Q: Does this filter effectively remove iron?** A: I don't know. All I know is that it stopped me from itching after a shower **Q: Why does this not ship to San Diego, California?** A: It should ship to all of San Diego County CA, I live in Orange County CA **Q: Why cant this be delivered to huntington beach, ca?** A: it should ship to Huntington Beach, I am around the corner in Stanton Ca, it may not ship to a PO box ## Frequently Bought Together - Aquasana Shower Filter | Dermatologist-recommended for softer, healthier skin & hair | Proven to reduce 90% of chlorine for 6 months | High pressure | Chrome wand shower head | AQ-4105CHR - Aquasana Shower Water Filter System Replacement Cartridge - Filters Over 90% of Chlorine - Carbon & KDF Filtration Media - Soften Skin and Hair from Hard Water - AQ-4125 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/25730206-aquasana-shower-filter-chrome-wand-reduces-90-chlorine-aq-4105chr](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/25730206-aquasana-shower-filter-chrome-wand-reduces-90-chlorine-aq-4105chr) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
