I just received my second bottle of Qualia Night. I do not take them every day…but I take them often and on the days that I do, my sleep is deeper and of better quality than without Qualia.

I tried Qualia Night for over 12 months and noticed no significant difference in my sleep quality (tracked via Apple Watch and Pillow app). My sleep debt (tracked by Rise sleep app) has never hit zero either. It is mildly relaxing however, but I just don’t think it has the right concentrations of supplements to work. 150mg of Ashwagandha is very low, most studies of KSM-66 use 600mg, and 50mg of L-Theanine is also low. I suspect Qualia Night is a mixture of lots of different supplements most at suboptimal dosage. They say it’s complex systems science but it doesn’t seem to work for me sadly!

Its good when you need to unwind from work or could be for any stress related get you into relax. Its a slow evening release so still can finish some topics before bed.

excellent for anxiety and more effective than any other ashwaganda projects. It’s more effective especially when you take daily, than antidepressants and anti anxiety’s. I find all their supplements excellent. They are expensive but you can tell over consistency, that you can feel the benefits.
