Easy To Use
Works great. It's supposed to filter out oils and bits from using a non-Mr. Heater propane hose on your buddy heater. Ran the heater for a few hours off of a 20 pound tank and worked great. Heater started up right away, better than when I was running a 1 pound tank. A friend has the filter and eventually after a few years the filter clogs up and it will be slow to start the heater, simply because it's doing it's job. Different hoses and environments may cause it to clog up, some may run for a very long time, so either way treat this part as a consumable part that will eventually need to be replaced (years to decades).

I bought this and the compatible oiless hose to connect my mr buddy heater to a 6kg calor gas propane bottle. It works perfect. Definitely the best and safest heater for use indoors ( bivvy ).
