I have not had any formal testing for GI issues nor have I been diagnosed with any issues, but I noticed some issues when eating gluten approximately 4 years ago. I began and elimination diet, but still had some issues and was frustrated with food. I started taking gluten shield approximately 2 years ago and I noticed a big improvement. I have continued to take it since that time, but ran out briefly during my pregnancy and felt miserable.
