A must have gym accessory ; provides core stability to the maximum . Although be careful while choosing the size. Just follow the instructions while choosing the belt , it would be perfect .

I'm 182cm 80kg and the L fits me with lots of room to spare. Probably could have gone for the M. Only got it a couple of weeks ago, but seems solid and comfortable. This is my first belt, and I definitely won't go back to lifting without one.
