**Q: Is it supposed to sting?**
A: Yes, a little bit. The "blue one" is for sensitive skin if the sting is too much for you.

**Q: What is step one?**
A: found no step one mentioned, The numbers 1, 3, 3 are printed the label.  The directions  do say you may want to use the product twice and the number 2 
is encircled.

**Q: Does this come with a seal under the cap?**
A: No, it does not.  I think our caps were taped shut but there was no leakage during transport, if that is your concern.  Amazon has great customer service so if your product does leak I feel sure that they would replace it.

**Q: How does it compare to sea breeze?**
A: It is a lot the same, but with less burning I think.
