I was expecting a soft-touch linen fabric feel. Although they are soft, they also feel stiff and waxy. I have to agree with some other reviews that they are not absorbent. Rather they disperse the water like a blower, so I wouldn't use these as a disposable hand towel. I also took another consumer's tip to cut them in half if using as a dinner napkin. I don't love them as a dinner napkin, but they will have to do until I run out.

Definitely not as described,unless you want to have bits of whatever is made the product from all over your hands when trying to get them dry.I thought will be great to use when having guests over; just use the regular paper towel.

Arrived as expected, looks exactly as described. I use this for guest bathroom, however they are waaay tooo big for just drying hands. Seems like a waste. Id love them to be 2/3 the size. However they are a good size if you are using them for lap napkin at dinner.

This is a strong and absorbent paper towel/napkin. This is a repeat order and the towels seem better than ever. In my last review I commented on the napkins sticking together in the pile: this does not seem so marked now - perhaps the makers have addressed this. I would now give five stars rather than four.

I've been looking for this kind of napkins for a while. I noticed that when I used the Bounty type of napkins, I ended up using more. This linen-like napkins are durable, rinseable, and they look expensive for when I invited people over for dinner. I like them.
