Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is a very well put together survival bracelet. It came just as advertised and was so nicely woven together that I really couldn't bring myself to take it apart. Instead I just pulled the weave apart a bit to take a look at the goods inside. I knew if I took it apart I would never get the weave looking that tight again, and a big part of the appeal of this product is that it's so compact. In the photos you can clearly see the bobbers and the metal hardware (hooks, safety pints, etc..). I just went through the length of the bracelet to confirm that everything was there.Overall I'm very impressed with this product. The paracord is high quality, not the imitation shoelace stuff you see sometimes. The compass itself actually works pretty well. Usually these "button" compasses are complete junk but this one worked very well, you just have to make sure it's level or it will get stuck, but that's true for many small compasses. Oddly, it has a bezel molded into the edge around the compass but of course it doesn't swivel to actually take a bearing with, for some reason that really annoys me.I tried out the fire starter (see video) and was able to make it throw pretty good sparks for its size with an old piece of hacksaw blade (I find hacksaw blade pieces really work well on sparkers, that's what most fires starters actually come with). I'd be a bit leery of trusting this as my only source of starting a fire because it is very small, I used the loop in the paracord to get a better grip on it. Like many fire starters this one comes with a protective coating on it that you have to scrape off first before you get any sparks from it. I think if they added a small plastic pouch of magnesium shavings, or a tiny magnesium rod that you could scrape shavings off of I'd be much more confident of making a fire with this thing. That being said, there are always things that folks want in their "essentials" list of things that they need. Maybe I'll just stuff a small bag of magnesium shavings, or a cotton ball saturated with petroleum jelly into the bracelet. The only other issue I have with this product is the paracord color. The design is a really nice mottled pattern that actually is great camouflage. Ok, I'm not spec ops or anything so if I'm in a survival situation....I WANT TO BE FOUND! Making the paracord a camouflage pattern almost pushes this product into the "tacticool" realm and out of the practical. Make it an awful neon yellow so it's as visible as possible, right? Anyway, from a marketing standpoint I get why they didn't do that, and all in all this is a great product. I'm not going to wear it as it is pretty bulky but I'll definitely stick it in my hunting bag, or bug out bag for the added goodies it brings.I try to make my reviews useful and engaging. If you found this review useful please hit the button below, thanks!I did receive this product at a discount but it didn't bias my opinion. I gave an honest review of this product. It's a good product and if it had high visibility paracord and/or an extra fire option (like wax on the tinder, petroleum gel soaked tinder, or mag shavings) I would have given it a 5.

Nice bracelet with cool stuff
Just got this in and after inspecting, it does contain all the items listed. I didn't want to unravel the paracord because it would be difficult to put it back together. If you separate the sections, you can see the fishing lure, hooks, fishing line, float, sinkers and safety pins inside (see pics for some examples). The compass works well and is attached good. The knife is fairly sharp, but not so sharp that you would cut yourself easily by wearing it. The tie piece is the fire starter, which I tested against the knife blade, and it does indeed spark, The entire bracelet is a bit bulky, but certainly needs to be to carry all these items inside. It is extremely difficult to get the items out unless you unravel the cord. Also the bracelet is made for a large wrist, but can be adjusted by taking up the slack in the cord that holds the fire starter in place.I would have to agree with the previous reviewer that a list of items included in the package would be helpful especially when gifting the item. Otherwise, I think this is an awesome package and I recommend it to others.I received this item at a discount in exchange for my fair and unbiased review. Neat item or gift. very useful for the outdoor person
Nice product with all the kewl tools is rather nifty. The knife is sharp, and the fire starter easy to access. Biggest issue is its size. It is big and bulky and difficult to get under a shirt sleeve. The compass is a large, easy to see dial face and appears to be securly attached to the cord. It arrived with the fire starter toggle that is also half of the clasp, unattached to the item. I had to attach and burn ends of the cord to attach the toggle. I am dissappointed that is came with NOTHING explaining what all is included in item. If I were giving this as a gift the person would have no clue that all of the items were even included in the item. It it otherwise a great item. It was given to my son who spends a great deal of time in the woods, hunting and fishing. He tells me he really likes it except for the bulkiness. But after examinaning the item, we are certain it could not hold all the goodies it holds and not be somewhat bulky

This is a pretty cool bracelet.
This thing is pretty strong feeling. The quality of the cord is awesome. The compass I had to flick once to get it correct, but even so the bracelet kit itself is pretty cool. It is definitely not meant for small people (like my wife), it feel right off of her wrist. I got to try this at a reduced price for my unbiased opinion.
