I installed these as a matching set to the 5100 series ride height adjusting front struts, and the ride is very good. My original shocks had nearly 100,000 miles on them so definitely due for replacement. The rear shock absorbers literally take 10 minutes to install as its just removing the top and bottom bolts after jacking up the vehicle. My advice would be to not remove the plastic band holding tension on the shock itself as they come boxed at the correct length and would want to expand once you remove the banding. Great product.
