What am I doing wrong?** A: It may not be an issue of doing anything wrong as bodies and hair types vary. For me, excluding hormonal fluctuations through each month, I've only had this issue when using too much or not rinsing as thoroughly as I thought I was. I've found I don't need to use as much shampoo and conditioner with this brand as I do with all other brands.
