I love this supplement. I don’t have any stomach or bowel discomfort. I take it daily with no issues. I will say for the anemic (like moi) that it’s a little weak. It got my iron into an okay range (I think it went from18 to 32), but it’s not optimal. But hey, it got me up so that counts!

Great product that has made a great difference in my iron level when tested. Same for my FIL who was going through Chemo. One pill a day does the trick! This is a quality product that likely costs more than the bargain brands, but you will appreciate the quality ingredients.

This brand was recommended by our neurologist and I feel more energized. My husband also takes it daily (I take it every other day) with orange juice. He has no constipation as other iron pills and I have no indigestion.
