Cast Iron At Its Best
If you like broiled or baked shellfish, you really will enjoy these pans. They are the real thing......preseasoned, heavy, cast iron. I use these pans for broiling scallops, oysters, clams, and my personal recipe for crab cakes (mini sized and awesome). I keep mine cleaned and seasoned. They are a bargain. They were shipped very securely, and arrived well before the expected date.

Great way to grill or smoke scallops
I had never heard of a pan made to cook scallops, but the recipe I was following recommended one, so I purchased one from Amazon. It came with easy to follow directions to season the pan. We smoked our scallops using this pan, and they came out great. And the pan is fairly easy to clean.

Nice Cookware
Very nice cast iron. Ordered two. Unfortunately one of the pans was warped and had to be returned. No issue with return. Awaiting replacement that shipped out the next day. Use this pan for scallops on my Traeger and in house grill - works great!! Most likely will buy a couple more for second home.
