Perfect shape for the nose

it is far too soft and is touching the eyes when used!

I did not find these masks comfortable enough to keep. The problem I have with them is that the edges are not soft. This is really only a problem around the nose area, but it's a big problem for me. Because the edges are not soft, they 'dig into' my nose and the skin of my cheeks and feel uncomfortable. It's not like they hurt - they're not that hard - but the feeling is uncomfortable and annoying enough that while I could fall asleep OK, I could feel the slight irritation and it made me shift my head position during the night, I am not sure exactly how, but it resulted in me waking up with a headache, two nights in a row. I switched back to my previous eye shade, which is well worn and the velcro nearly completely work out, but which has a soft 'roll' along the bottom edge which does not suffer from this sharp edge discomfort issue, and I slept more comfortably and did not wake up with a headache.Given the number of 5 star reviews of this product, I am sure that this simply must be a personal preference thing. But for a product meant to be worn on your face all night long, I think more care should have been given to the sharpness of the edges, because for the rare person (like myself), these are not nearly comfortable enough.EDIT: After several months of use, I've become accustomed to the feel of these eye shades that the lack of softness along the edges no longer bothers me. I haven't had a headache from the use of these eye shades past the first few days, which leads me to suspect that I might just have been mildly sick when I wrote the last review and experiencing headaches for other reasons. In the end, these eye shades work fine and are actually pretty good for the price. I have raised my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as a consequence of my better than original experience.

I'm a bit of a sleep mask junkie... first ordered these masks about 6 months ago and LOVED them. Big enough to not press on your eyes when you sleep, and no inner liner that peels off in the washing machine (this is a problem with MANY masks sold on amazon, they fall apart the first time you wash them). Just reordered a 2nd time and was quite disappointed to receive MUCH smaller masks this time (yes, I'm 100% sure it was the exact same item I ordered). See the comparison in my photo. The new masks are way too small for an adult face - the cups aren't nearly large enough to avoid pushing on your eyelids (which disrupts REM sleep). So bummed, I want more of the old ones :(.

Meh, I'm no sleep mask expert but this one isn't all that. The eye bulges are more of a gimmick than a feature. They *seem* like they should be fancy, so they must be. But, if you dont have a sleep mask, go get yourself a beanie and use that as a sleep mask for the night, just to try it out. I bet you it doesn't bother you at all.Why am I making a big deal out of it? Because the bulges are actually a negative. Mostly for someone who sleeps on their stomach. They contact the bed first, causing the mask to get spun off your face a little. Honestly they add nothing so I'd just get one without. But, you do you.UPDATE:Two things I wanted to add to this-1)After using this nightly for about a month, it is showing wear. Keep in mind I am a stomach (so face) sleeper, this gets pressure during the night. Because of that it has flattened some.2)I also wanted to point out the customer service of LKY DIGITAL. They contacted me about my review to see if anything could be done to increase my happiness with the product. I declined, but it's stilla good effort.

These are alright. I bought them because I thought they were the same as my old 3D eyecovers. These are countoured just enough so they dont crush your lashes. I just tried them on again rn to make sure I could open & close my eyes with them on and my lashes still didnt touch it. I dont like that because it isnt as well contoured as my last ones, these ones let some light in from the bottom new the nose. All in all, not bad. I would buy them again, just cause they're way more affordable and do the job almost as well.

I just started a new job on nights. My husband bought these to help sleep during the day..I thought he was crazy however I tried them and WOW pleasantly surprised they are soooooo soft and comfy and the patches over the eyes puff out a little so you can blink without rubing against material. I love them and sleep well using them. I definitely recommend these.
