I keep it in the bathroom. So it’s good in there got light scent need to flip the sticks regularly if you want any it to last.

image0.pngI received this scent today and I’m very unhappy and unpleased of the scent I received. There is no hint of vanilla OR oak at all. When I opened it and smelled it, I did not like it that much, but thought I would give it a try because I normally like oak and or vanilla scents. I put it in my diffuser in the bathroom and as I sit here in the bath, I almost can’t finish my bath because the smell is so horrible. It smells 1000 times worse than an old musk perfume my grandmother always used to wear from Mary Kay. I understand I can not send back, I mean I can pour it back into the container and send it back, if you want, but I would like a full refund. The scent is absolutely the worst thing I could have chosen and thought I was safe choosing something that said “oak” or “vanilla”, however I was very poorly mistaken. Please let me know how this can me fixed. I would even take something that is strictly vanilla without a cash refund.Thanks,

The fragrance is pretty bad, very floral and not at all as described. That said, the company contacted me and gave me a full refund. Great customer service.

Smell last longer I’m happy with my purchase

I ordered the Black Vanilla Oak. I do not smell any Vanilla or any Oak. I am very familiar with a Vanilla scent and woodier scents. This smells like laundry detergent. I don't know if my bottle was mislabeled, but there is no way someone thought this would pass as a Vanilla Oak. Will not re purchase from this brand.
