Overall, this item was great. It was a little cracked when it came and it broke into 2 pieces but it wasn’t broken when I received it in the box. The packaging was a box with a napkin wrapped with something that put it together.

The title of my review speaks for itself. Company wraps its products in toilet paper. I know bismuth is brittle but they wrapped and tapped it so tight that’s what probably caused the break. Next time I’ll buy at a store

I ordered two XL sized crystals. All are visually representative of the sellers promo pictures.

My boys love crystals and minerals they have collections and I order 2 of these medium size and they absolutely love them and they are extremely beautiful, only thing is that this mineral crystal is on the softer side so don't place it with any other crystals or anything keep it solo and place it somewhere that it can't fall or hey hit bc it will chip which that is not on the company it's just the level of hardness of this aura bismuth crystal.
