Not great when I was intending on using it as kitchen twine for tying meat joints and trussing chicken.

I bought this to truss a standing rib roast and it breaks really easy. Too thin for the job and no strength. Why it is Amazon's choice I have no idea.

Strong twine, but small diameter. This twine is good quality, but because of the thin diameter , if pulled tight it easily cut into meats and roasts. Good kitchen twine should be fairly thick and soft so it is easily tied, holds without bruising and is easily removed. This bakers twine fails on all counts.
