Although, with this antenna, there is an extremely small (if any) improvement in reception over the antenna that came with the Aorus Master. So if you are looking to upgrade the reception, don't waste your time. But if you need a longer cord, or you are looking to replace a broken or missing antenna, this one will do fine. I needed the longer cord to reach a shelf. The stock antenna cord is only about 30 inches. **Q: Is this end like the standard end for just about any router, or is it coax?** A: "Coax" is used to define the the actual cable, not the connectors on them. There are many types of connectors that can be attached to coax cables: F-type (what your TV/cable box uses), BNC, N, TNC, SMA, RP-SMA, etc. This uses RP-SMA (rp = reverse polarity) which is what MOST routers use, but not all. For example Linksys will sometimes use RP-TNC. Also, make sure your router's antennas are even removeable, because more and more are not. **Q: Will this work as a replacement for the antenna that came with my asus z590-e gaming wifi?** A: Yes. I looked up this motherboard and the wifi antenna will work with that board. **Q: In almost every descripting on the Eightwwood antenna, it includes the parathetical phrase "does not include magnetic base". Isn't that base offered?** A: The magnetic base is offered and it can not be detached. Thank you for your question, it remind us it would be better to amend the description from antenna height without base to the height with base. Thank you. ## Frequently Bought Together - Eightwood WiFi Antenna with RP-SMA Male Connector, 2.4GHz 5GHz Dual Band Antenna Magnetic Base for PCI-E WiFi Network Card USB Adapter Wireless Router - Bingfu Dual Band WiFi 2.4GHz 5GHz 5.8GHz 3dBi MIMO RP-SMA Male Antenna (2-Pack) for WiFi Router Wireless Network Card USB Adapter Security IP Camera Video Surveillance Monitor - Eightwood WiFi 6E Tri-Band Antenna 6GHz 5GHz 2.4GHz Gaming WiFi Antenna Magnetic Base with 6.5ft Extension Cable for PC Desktop Computer PCIe WiFi 6E Card, Router --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/256773982-eightwood-dual-wifi-antenna-with-rp-sma-male-connector-2](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/256773982-eightwood-dual-wifi-antenna-with-rp-sma-male-connector-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
