It’s accurate. But the most imp thing regarding BP apparatus is the way you check your BP. You should consult your dr or pharmacist to tell you how to check BP accurately. Posture and sitting style matters.

Seems a good buy, works well and gives many usages on one set of batteries. Good value. Does sometimes give different measurements on one arm from the other but I gather this can happen. Would recommend.

Soy enfermera y elegí este tensiómetro por la marca. Vale la pena pagar un poco más por un aparato que sabes que va a ser preciso. Los tensiómetros de muñeca no los recomiendo. Me ha gustado mucho este modelo, buen precio, el aparato es pequeño, cómodo, muy fácil de usar hasta para personas mayores, sólo hace falta darle al botón azul y listo! Tiene instrucciones en castellano. Y lo mejor es que el manguito sirve para todas las tallas. Este detalle es muy importante porque te aseguras que le valdrá a toda tu familia y no tendrás que comprar otro manguito. Además tiene detección de arritmias y te avisa si te colocas mal el manguito. El envío fue súper rápido. Para mí es perfecto, estoy muy contenta con la compra.

A requirement for a blood pressure monitor was needed for my dad, and the only brand I could think of was Omron. There was no option of choosing any other manufacturer. Omron are the leaders in this industry, and all medical facilities use this brand. The M3 intelli sense model was the best priced version when compared to the other offerings. It features an easy to use fascia with just one button. It takes 4 AA sized batteries and an input for a plug in adaptor, however the adaptor would need to be purchased separately if you require this option. It is easy to use and even has an indication to tell the user whether the arm band is tight enough around the arm. The device has memory for 2 users with a simple slide button to switch between the users. The blood pressure indicator is clear and precise on screen. The kit is extremely well built, and the quality shows. If looked after, it will last for years. Great bit of kit, forget the other fancy ones which have Bluetooth or phone app capability. This is all you need for an easy to use, no hassle blood pressure monitor device. Buy it.

Bought some years ago to follow my blood pressure. Simple to use and accurate, it has given no trouble in years of use.

The product is exactly as expected. Seems to be quite accurate and having the possibility to use either batteries or cable is a big plus. Good value for money
