If you want to tone your blond, use this conditioner sparingly, mix a dab with another conditioner, distribute evenly, and rinse quickly. It works beautifully, but you have to be quick or you'll have purple tinted hair--which sometimes I do on purpose! Any accidental purple tint will rinse out on your next wash, and you'll have a great tone with all traces of brassiness gone.But! If you *want* purple, this works like a charm for that too! Just use more of it and leave it on, it gives the nicest purple. Be careful to distribute very evenly, and definitely use gloves. It fades well, the purple doesn't gray out.I also love that it's a conditioner, rather than purple shampoo, it doesn't dry out your hair like the shampoos.Anyways, give it grace wile you figure out how to use it; if you have a very serious job interview or something don't go testing this the night before, try it on a weekend to figure out your sweet spot with it.Cheers!

I ordered 3 times and 2 of them are lilac instead of purple! I need purple! Why did u sent me lilac twice! The product is not bad though which indeed keep me my hair remain colorful.
