Are these pans good for making pizza (not for heating pizza, but actually making pizza)?

Not really sure, I've never tried them for making pizza. I have roasted with them to 450 degrees with no problem. First of all realize these are quarter sheets, which are relatively small for pizza, and even if you were making personal size sicilian the bake would probably be different than if you were baking a larger pizza and then sectioning it for personal size consumption. I'm not sure how hot your baking, or what your baking in (pizza oven regular oven, with/without a stone etc.) which will also effect the bake. However, that said, they are heavy duty, have a lip approximately 1" in height and are useful to have as a kitchen accessory and therefor are worth trying for pizza and keeping thereafter regardless.

No, it's not non-stick. I use parchment paper instead of oiling the pan.
