What does the top look like? Does it look kind of like an eye dropper where it reaches into the liquid?

They are like little glass corks, I tried to make a video for you but it didn't upload. They are to where you can swill the liquid around the bottle and use the glass cork to apply it to your neck or wherever. I always feel like the queen of sheba when I use them...lol

If I replace the top with a cork lid, do you think it will prevent form spilling any liquid content inside?

I don’t think any kid will make the bottles completely leak proof but a cork would make any potential leak less. For example, the glass top will fall out of the bottle falls over. A cork, if it fits snugly, will not and should block leakage long enough to put the bottle upright again. But I think if the bottle stayed on its side the liquid would eventually start leaking out. These bottles are delicate and I don’t think you could put a cork tightly enough without risk of breaking the bottle.

What can I add to make theses kids snug for an oil? I just love the bottles but I need right lids

I used a bit of hot glue on the lids. But of course, that is for a keep sakes, not to be opened, and not for use for perfume or daily use.

Does the stopper on this product seal if the bottle is tipped

The stopper falls out if tipped over. However they are beautiful bottles.
