Lollipop Baby Camera Monitor, Cotton Candy, UAE

We ordered the camera right before our baby was born. We didn't have time to open the box and check the camera during that time. When we had time to check it unfortunately we found the camera was not working and Amazon return window has closed. We contacted to the Lollipop customer support and explained what happened, they were very helpful and in the end they agreed to send us a replacement camera. This one is working well and very helpful to monitor our baby.

Product is good but obviously described functions you have to pay in order to use it fully

The lollipop customer care team has been forthcoming in addressing all the issues fromtime to time and been patient to guide me in doing a factory reset.They’ve followed up to check in if everything is ok post guidance. Great service

Most of the time lagging, doesn’t connect to the internet well , so I can’t monitor my baby well!!! most of the features need to be paid.. I don’t like it 👎🏼

Nice concept, modern looking, but incredibly frustrating.We bought two, and both stop working within first 10 months.Constant connecting in and out, camera buffing circle, the bender wire snapped on one of them.I’m usually very savy when it comes to tech but this had me so frustrated.Unfortunately does have a robust and established connection…but it looks very very cute.

maybe got a faulty unit…. the camera doesn’t connect easy, has a lot of lag and keeps disconnecting

Really good monitor with all what you really need! Simple and quick setup with easy mount to attach of position anywhere. App is intuitive and useful to understand quickly when the little one may be upset or crying. The only small (but almost negligible) shortcoming would be that the camera needs a strong wifi signal as otherwise you encounter an occasional disconnection and can’t view the baby. Doesn’t happen often. Otherwise thumbs up!

I am so in love with this baby monitor. It was so easy and quick to set up. I actually had a great baby monitor which I loved, but the Lollipop Baby Monitor surpasses my prior camera by far. The key feature which I love the most has to be the app - it is amazing!!!Reasons I absolutely love the Lollipop Baby Camera:- Excellent audio and video quality, it has Infrared Night Vision - pictures are so clear!- Video Recording and snapshot - when the camera detects crying or loud noises it captures 30 seconds video clips which you can go back and watch it at a later time- It has a timeline feature which I love - my daughter moves around a lot in her sleep so it’s nice to be able to go to the app and see her movements throughout the night- The crying and noise detection is amazing - and sends notifications to your phone- My favourite is if I leave my baby with someone else to take care of her, I can actually go to the app and watch her even if I’m not at home.- Compact and easy to travel with - if you’re a family like ours who enjoys socialising and travelling, this camera is so compact to take anywhere and so easy to set up.In addition, the mobile app is so easy to use and subscription-free. The silicone is fantastic quality and super bendable, it also comes with a wall mount which is great for setting up somewhere high to get a whole-room view. It has a two-way talk, and plays music and white noise. You also have the option to keep it on your local Wifi network for extra security.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a baby monitor/camera. LOVE IT!

I’ve been using this camera for one week now and I love it. So far so good. What I love about this camera is that it doesn’t have to be in a specific position to work well. It’s has 128-degree of field vision And gives you a lot of options where you want to put it. It’s very easy to install. For Image quality for me it’s awesome it’s 720p picture quality it’s has night vision infrared setting depending on how far or close is the camera to your baby and also you don’t need to be worried on finding a right setting it’s just do it automatically. I also love how this camera is connected to my phone. I love how I can just turn on my LTE and see what my baby is doing when I’m out and about or running some errands. I’m just impress on how this camera work. I can’t say anything negative with this camera it’s just perfect for us. I would Totally recommend this camera to my family and friends. And also I love it so much that I want to buy one more to put on my baby playroom. I’m just in so pleased that I found a good camera that works well. I tried a lot of baby camera but everything that I tried was just disappointed but know I’m so happy that I found this lollipop camera. I have no regrets on this camera it’s also a good price not to expensive. It’s a good price for the camera.

I regret purchasing this baby camera. The Wi-Fi reception is extremely weak, making it practically useless in my home. For the price, I expected much better performance. Unfortunately, it fails to deliver on reliability, and I find it to be a poor investment. I won’t be buying from this brand again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
