The solution is fantastic! I had to fiddle a little with the green scrubber unit. Once I found the sweet spot and the chain stopped blinding, the system did a great! job of cleaning the chain. The other brushes that the kit comes with are prefect for cleaning the gear clusters. Lastly, the oil is nice and light. The dispenser is perfect to say the least, for getting into super tight spots. I highly recommend

Seems pretty solid. First time degreasing my chain and stuff. It was nasty. Now it isn't. Not enough degreaser for more than 2 full treatments AFAICT. So I ordered more. But very nice.

I like almost everything! Love the ease of cleaning my chain with the handheld cleaner. The directions tell you to let the cleaner sit and wait for the sediment to rise to the top to reuse the cleaner but that didnt really work for me when I tried The oil as well isnt great. I had to buy a separate, better oil cause it just isn't waterproof unfortunately and didnt last long at all for me. Other than that, it was great and did the job. In my opinion youre moreso paying for the tool than the quality of products.

The chain cleaner was intuitive to figure out and genuinely worked really well. I honestly see no reason to go Park Tool for this one. The degreaser also worked well, which is primarily the reason I bought this set, as they are somewhat expensive on their own. By the end it was pretty clear to me that it can probably be diluted by maybe 1/3 to 1/2 water in the chain cleaner. The addition of a pouring cap seemed a little silly as it pours perfectly fine without it, but I suppose its for people who are not interested in using the spray nozzle. The supplied brush was not my favorite, but it was effective at getting old grease out from in between cassette cogs. Have not used the oil yet, but will keep it as a backup.

The idea is good but it’s hard to make this do what you want. The sprayer seems to be too big for the bottle cleanser but it does fit. If all you want to do is lubricate. This works. Probably good for just the winter. Hard trouble opening the chain cleaner container after using it on my chain.

Super usefull cleaning kit. I get excited everytime I use it.

I was pleased in the end with the job this does on cleaning the rollers and pins, it suggests cleaning the gross dirt off of the plates before using the cleaner. The chain that I cleaned was cleaned in a pan of solvent, lubed and then ridden on pavement about 50 miles in dry conditions. The instructions are pretty good, but not perfect. I found the fill, max, and min lines on cleaner reservoir difficult, I had to mark them. Cleaning does not take very much solvent, so I did not reserve it for reuse. I had to be patient to learn how to open and close the cleaner reservoir. Chain alignment can be tedious while running the chain backwards through the cleaner, but it’s manageable. The solvent foams (see 3rd photo) and will drip on the pavement and the bike. The water rinse removes as much dirt as cleaning with the solvent. See the video. The pan on the left is the solvent after cleaning and the right is the rinse water, it may have benefitted from another rinse. The instructions suggest using compress air to remove water after the final water rinse, or just to let it dry! I’m not happy about leaving a chain without any lube on it with water, it seems like a perfect recipe for rust. Fortunately I had compressed air at about 150 PSI from a scuba regulator. The cassette and chain wheels did not require cleaning, but the brush and other tool for cleaning between the cogs look good enough. However, it seems best to remove the cassette so that the solvent does not get splattered on the bike. On the other hand, if the bike is already dirty, who cares? The solvent has only a mild odor and can be used without a lot of ventilation. I was happy to have a way to really clean the rollers and pins and completely remove the solvent and come out with a dry chain, especially without removing the chain.

Très pratique efficace

Le boîtier semble robuste, un pack bien pratique pour entretenir correctement sa chaîne de VTT. Le lubrifiant fonctionne très bien, tout comme le dégraissant. Le boîtier et le nombre de roulettes correspondent à la photo. On apprécie particulièrement la roue dentée, qui permet d'entraîner les rouleaux de nettoyage au même rythme que le passage de la chaîne ! Je recommande !
