Works great
I wanted something to hold my book open for me while I walk on the treadmill. This product solved that problem for me. It is a good thick plastic that is still thin enough to use as a book mark when not holding my book open. I have used it for both hard cover and paperback books and it works great for both.

It worked somewhat, but still left pucker in center of paperback, even with just 10 pages on each side. With just one usable hand, The device kept slipping off, when I tried to turn page.
