If you are taking a good multi vitamin, you don’t need to buy these supplements unless by doctors orders. Always do your research before you start doctoring yourself, cuz you can into trouble real easy. To much can cause all kinds of problems, including loss off life.

Great Vitamin for Sun deficiency
I purchased this to purchase this for my husband, who always swells up when he gets too much sun on vacation. We started 2 weeks before the vacation and continued. He didn't have any issues this time.
