will this fit the Gourmia 6qt air fryer?

Unfortunately, I can't advise as I ordered the Cover with Pocket for my Kitchenaid mixer. However, in just looking at the image, if the cover is round and your air fryer is squarish, I don't think it will fit.

What is the fabric content

I'm not sure but I'd guess quilted cotton/polyester. It's OK for the price. It's too large for my food processor. The color is closer to maroon than red. I have black cotton quilted covers that are a heavier material but they cost a LOT more. It looks OK and it keeps the dust off.
