Google Nest is good as a product.
Jumbo team who can to fix this told me that the one I got might be an used one because of the following reasons,1. Battery cover key was missing2. Screw from inside lock is used one, marks on it.3. Strike plate was missing.If we compare the Lock cost from Amazon and jumbo, jumbo is cheaper, I paid around 1100/- jumbo is under 1000/-, so better go with them just to ensure product is not used one. But the product even though is used , it’s working neat and good. This is day1, if anything happens, I will update here.

Don’t go with this seller. Rip off. Refuses to honor warranty. Lock is a good lock,
DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUYER. ONLY deal directly with Amazon being the seller. This seller refused to stand behind the warranty. It’s still under warranty until November of 26.That said, lock is well made, durable and looks classy.Ours had an internal gear issue, and the seller refused to stand by the warranty; pushed us off the “the manufacturer”.

The bolt may break
I love my Nest/Yale lock it’s so convenient easy to use and flexible for giving people access to my house if I’m not there.Unfortunately, after 3 years it stopped working the photo below is where the bolt broke. I bought a new one because they are great! A little expensive…Hope this helps!

THE DOOR LOCK I BEEN MISSING
This door lock is awesome. The style, look, and overall feel are amazing. This meant for dead bolt-only locks. The installation is spot on. It is straightforward to install and once it is installed the lock is very secure. It can be used with Nest or Google apps but I needed help connecting it. I have Google Home but it requires you to use the Nest app for this to work. The unit has no wifi so it connects to this Bluetooth device you need to plug it near the lock if you want to use the app to lock or unlock the device. I am not using the app so all of that is not needed. Just put in your 4-digit code and it locks and unlocks just like any dead-bolt without a key. It takes 4 double AA batteries that come with it. This is a superb dead-bolt lock. Should have gotten this a long time ago. I use this lock on my garage door.
