KooK French Onion Soup Crocks, , Ceramic Make, Large Handles, Stoneware, 15oz

Arrived all in one piece and I love them - they hold one good portion each, if anybody's worried about the size.So far so good in the oven and dishwasher. Haven't tried them in the microwave but there shouldn't be any issues

Perfect for French Onion Soup. Went under the broiler with no problems.

The bowls are beautiful and work great in the oven for french onion soup, or whatever you want to use them for.

Used them yesterday and they more than enough with plenty of room for the croutons and cheese ,were real easy to clean,because they didn't have the lip for the cheese to stick under , couldn't be better pleased

When I ordered these crocks, both the description and one of the pictures on Amazon's website stated they were oven-proof. However, when I got the crocks and opened the box, I noticed there was NO INFORMATION - on the box and in the brochure - that these crocks are oven-safe. The customer service said they were oven-proof. In the end, I decided not to trust this kind of important info on the basis of the say-so. This is a kitchen equipment! Although the box with these crocks has various kitchen-related labels, there is none that indicates "oven-safe". Also the brochure is silent on "oven-safe". Therefore I returned them. I lost over 1 hour of my time (creating a return, packing, going to UPS). One star is for the waste of my time and the incoherence in the description: info on the product on the box and in the brochure versus website description on Amazon.
