I've had mine for almost a year now, only used for syrups and spirits (basically, bar duty only, no oils, waxes, etc.) the markings have started to fade to about 50% - 60% contrast. Never been in dishwasher, always washed by hand, mostly rinsed out right after use and without using detergent.
