A must read for anyone who is dealing with a health issue or has a close dear one dealing with a health issue. It is a blessing for every person who is currently grappling with a major illness like cancer.

The best book on the surface of this planet. By research and documentation of live people it is explained how you can walk towards your healing no matter how aggressive of a cancer you have. God bless this author for all her efforts to bring the facts to the surface. She shares how with holistic lifestyle, herbs, changing mindset, and much more you can change a 4-5 month survival verdict to a 10+ year remission. She is not writing her own beliefs, she is only sharing data. Highly recommended.

Very informative. Must read book

I found this book and the follow on book Radical Hope the most helpful guide during treatment for TNBC! When life felt completely out of control, this booked helped me to regain a sense of peace and calm and approach my diagnosis and treatment with more control alongside a feeling of hope that I could survive this desease! I highly recommend these books. While I cannot yet state that it has worked in the sense of the cancer not coming back (I was only diagnosed in December 2024) I can say that I experienced minimal side effects during chemo and that chemo achieved a complete response, something that was less likely for me due to the size of the tumour. Therefore, so far, the book has supported an excellent outcome! Please read!
