I need to refund my money or exchange
It seems as if the product was not stored well or has expired because the white material in box number one is brown in color and the results are not satisfactory because after following the instructions the color is bluish and not black as it was before. This is a waste of money because as you can see I bought the product years ago and currently I do not find it good.

Works like a Charm
I was applying Bigen beard color for almost 4 years, recently I had a severe allergy scary reaction and i stopped immediately. After all careful checks I bought this product, initially I was not sure to apply, but surprisingly it's not giving any burning sensation while applying or any itchy after applying. I dint review immediately, tried for 3 weeks now its fantastic, rather saving my appearance. Just develop skills to apply then it works like a charm. For beard it stays tills 9-10 days.

للأسف تجربتي مع المنتج كانت سيئة جداً. جربت أكثر من لون: البني الغامق، الأسود الطبيعي، والأسود الناعم، وجميعها أعطت نتائج غير مرضية. تحول لون شعري إلى درجات غير طبيعية مثل الأزرق والبنفسجي، ولم يتم توزيع اللون بشكل متساوٍ على الشعر رغم التزامي بجميع خطوات الاستخدام المرفقة. النتيجة كانت تشوه في المظهر، مما سبب لي إحراج في التعامل مع الناس. لا أنصح باستخدام هذا المنتج

My mom has a very sensitive skin and she tried everything- some hair dye from big brands, ammonia free, hena dye, and anything she can find in the chemist warehouse. However, this was the fastest with almost no irritation. She is so happy to be free from burning scalp after dyeing her grey hair and willing to buy them again
