Prestige Omega Select Plus Non-Stick Paniyarakkal with Lid (240 mm, Black)

I was recommended to use it to bake indian kachoris.with a oil brush, I rubbed the kachoris and cooked it on a low heat and it works. Don’t need to deep fry. You can use it for pakodas too. Don’t use the cover as it steams the inside of the cover and the oil and water don’t go together. Need to turn the kachoris, pakodas gently so it cooks every side.

Liked the product. Easy to maintain.

Well made. Solid able to use very little oil just a swipe. So none of that oily greasy taste to recipes. Easy to clean. Great bit of kit! Came lovely packed.

Receive wrong setting lid but it can adjust by self
