I've been having Vitamin D deficiency for years. Was around 9 ng/ml when started taking supplements and the highest I got was 16 ng/ml. I do suck at taking supplements, I remember when I remember. So my doctor recommended this to make up for all the days I forget, lol. It freaking works! In 1 year my Vitamin D is at 90 ng/ml, ninety! Unbelievable. I feel better and it also seems to be helping my hashimoto and absorption of t4. Go D3!
