Awesome product! I could feel the difference in my health & mood almost instantly! The best thing is not having to drink coffee! I bought Gut Health & Firestarter and let me tell you, I have never felt better. I honestly would not go out of my way to find all of the organs and cook/eat them that way. Having the organs in pill form make these so much easier to take. And who am I kidding, I never have eaten the organs that are in these pills! I've been taking both Fire Starter as well as Gut & Digestion and have noticed huge energy increases sustained throughout the day. It's easier for me to naturally wake up earlier without feeling incredibly groggy and it's sustained without a crash in the afternoon (which I used to experience daily). I also noticed a lot less bloat within the first week of taking these. I've seen friends have insanely good experiences with carnivore/nose to tail diets but was too intimidated by the organ products I'd have to find/eat but really happy that it is now available to me in a way more accessible form.

It's a great idea to compress a bunch of organs into a capsule/supplement as it's not particularly easy or cheap rounding up organ meat as a food option. This is a great way to get the benefits of those products in a pill. I could definitely feel it working as my stomach adjusted to the product. Be sure to read the letter that comes with the product. They suggest ways to ease your body into it as an alternative to starting off with 6 pills a day. I did that and am thankful because my body needed some time to adjust.

Probably a good product but it gave me insomnia and crazy anxiety with heart palpitations. I probably ramped up too fast but I read online that alot of people react this way to colostrum. Its just not for me. Update (12/19/2025): Company stands behind their product and substituted another product for me. They are reputable and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

There are two basic challenges to devoting your life to the nutritionally elite road less travelled. The first problem is coming to terms with the inevitable recognition that pizza and ice cream dont love you. The second problem is coming to grips with eating like our ancestors and eating from all parts of the ruminant. I love a great steak... i have no problem eating them every day... but all the other bits and pieces? testicles, tripe, suet, heart, liver, kidney, brain... vomit... i'm just not that dedicated. So how does Dr. Saladino solve all that for me? Rather than dehydrating testicals to make nut-jerky, he and his partners simply put all the non-muscle meat essentials into convenient gel caps. So... being a complete carnivore is now as simple as a few ribeyes and a handful of organ gel-caps... easy peasy. Thanks so much H&S! Now get busy on solving my other problem and get me a carnivore pizza!
