Not water proof
It's not water proof, not even weather proof, all the electronics are exposed, if water doesn't ruin it humidity will.

Brand new but wouldn't charge
I bought this brand new but it wouldn't charge. Wahl customer service wasn't brilliant - they said they would repair it if i sent it at my own expense to the US. Thankfully Amazon were great and helped me sort it but you don't expect brand new products to just not work. I googled the issue and there are forums and YouTube videos so i'm evidently not alone.

Absolute Game Changer
After buying the mainstream shavers and trimmers all my life, this is the one that every man should have. The quality, the precision, and the adjustability surpasses everything else on the market. This is what the pros use, and my barber even has it, and I took it with me so he can show me how to maintain my beard between visits. It really is an amazing tool.
