Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love these mugs. This is my second and I am going to order a third in a little bit. I love the size for my morning coffee and it's a bonus for the loose tea holder and lid to keep your drink warm longer. Supper well made and very attractive. I like everything about them. I'm an old guy and have hundreds of mugs in my home. I am so pleased w this mug. It's hefty & feels solid. The handle design makes for a roomy grip & nice comfort. The infuser is easy to work with & great to use w loose-leaf teas because it's easy to handle & doesn't drain out little particles. The color is earthy, not loud. It works wonderfully with our ikago beverage units (which sense & maintain liquid temps per the user's setting). I am so impressed with the quality!....absolutely a terrific value for the money.If I could make one small adjustment, it would be the lid. It works. And it seats nicely when the infuser is in place. And the concept of flipping it over to hold the spent infuser once removed also works. However, if you prefer to put the lid back on the mug to help hold in heat, it sits pretty loosely without the infuser, so you have to be a little careful when you move around with it. Not at ALL a deal breaker (we are purchasing 3 more). If they modify that lid, even slightly....perfection!

This review is for people who need the perfect-sized mug for a Keurig coffee machine with a messy pour.This mug is the one. At 5.9 inches, and with a width that encompasses the Keurig’s spray, the Mona Ceramics large tea mug handles 12 ounces of coffee at the strong setting with a quarter cup of oat milk (or whatever it is you use). And there will be absolutely no spillage to clean up after (see photos).Yes, I know this is a tea mug, and I myself drink tea. But loose-leaf tea herded into a paper filter isn’t nearly as fussy as a K-Cup machine.And BTW: the Mona mug topped with its lid still fits perfectly under the K-Cup Express, in case you wish to leave your coffee there to cool.I hesitated before buying this mug because of all the bad reviews of other models that I suspect are as excellent as this one.Nearly all such reviewers complain about the lid without seeming to understand its function. The point is not to keep liquid from spilling, since these aren’t travel mugs. Pottery-style ceramic mugs would break in that usage-case scenario.The point of the lid is to protect the liquid inside: tea while it’s brewing or, in my case, *coffee while it’s cooling in the midst of a heat wave*, when throat-searing beverages aren’t as appealing as they might be on days when it’s so cold your postal worker’s eyelashes fuse with your mailbox lid.In my home, I’m not worried about coffee or tea leaking out if I’m hapless enough to capsize my cup. I’m worried about dust, flies, wayward bees, paint and other unwelcome guests landing in said cup while the contents are chilling or brewing.I do wish this mug came in a powder blue that complemented my decor, but a small business can’t go wild with color schemes. Clearly, only four colors were feasible and light gray isn’t bad in this case.But after spending hours on Amazon researching the right measurements and materials for a flavor-preserving but tidy K-cup mug, this one proved to be the most aesthetically beautiful, made of the best materials, and capable of spanning the height and depth of my K-Express's mug niche.BTW: I’ve received broken ceramic cups from Amazon in the past. Mona Ceramics mugs don’t have that problem. They come in their own boxes with perfectly measured inserts of foam that prevent the contents from moving a centimeter. I was a studio keyboardist for 30 years and the gray cutouts remind me a lot of how Dave Smith used to package his timeless instruments.Clearly, Mona Ceramics is a class act in every way. I’ll be ordering from this company again.

It's a real beauty! I just got it a couple of hours ago, and it arrived in a timely fashion as well as being packaged perfectly via excellent protection by way of foam and a quality box.The handle is super-comfortable for my somewhat large hands, and I love it that it's 18 ounces of capacity. The loose tea strainer is excellent as is the lid that keeps the heat in.I did notice one little imperfection. At the bottom of the handle (as seen in the photo), you'll notice that there's a whitish streak that didn't get enough paint before it went into the kiln. I'm nitpicking, but I figure if the good people at Mora see this Review, then maybe they'll want to up the quality control a bit so that their fine product will be perfect, instead of near-perfect.All in all I would give this lovely cup 10 stars if I could. And if ever I should lose or break it, I'd not hesitate to order another one.

The design is rustic and sturdy, the strainer perfectly sized if you like to include a variety of tea leaves in your mix, and the lid is nice to maintain heat. However, the mug holds a little more tea than I usually like to have, so it's more ideal for someone who likes a big cup of tea!

I didn’t think I could have a favorite mug, until this one. The Mora Ceramics Large Tea Mug is the perfect size, feels great to hold, and somehow makes every drink taste better. It’s become part of my daily routine, and now no other mug quite measures up. Simple, beautiful, durable, sustainable, and just right.

One of my favorite mugs! The size is great and comes with a tea infuser and lid to keep it warm. Personally I don't use the lid, but the infuser is ok. It is well made and feels nice to drink out of. The handle is a nice size and doesn't hurt my hand while holding it. However, the mug can easily stain. This mug is my go to for making and drinking tea, but you can drink whatever you fancy from this nice mug.

My favorite mug! Brought this mug for months-long trips to Europe and the states and this mug has remained my favorite. Perfect for loose leaf tea, the lid is convenient for steeping and a great place to store the strainer while sipping. Easy to clean, color came as expected, easy to use and beverages taste great. Love this mug - would order another for me or as a gift for someone else!
