This 90-inch by 40-yard bolt resists tearing, shifting, and bunching, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor quilting projects. Machine washable and dye-friendly, it ensures your fabric clings perfectly while quilting, delivering professional results with every stitch. ## Description This batting will not separate, bunch or beard. This 100% USA grown cotton is punched with hundreds of needles through a thin base material (polymer fibers) to prevent tearing, shifting, migrating or creeping through the cover fabric making it 87.5% cotton/12.5% polymer fibers. Needled cotton's flexibility makes it ideal for both inside and outside use. Fibers are held together without glue so a quilting needle glides easily through the batting. What an incredible difference! No need to pre-wash, machine washable after quilted, can be used as an exterior fabric, quilt up to 10in apart, easily dyes and your fabric will cling to the batting while quilting. This package contains one 40 yard bolt of 90 inch wide batting. Made in USA. Review: Perfect batting - This is the perfect batting! Soft, perfect thickness easy to handle and cut. I bought a whole roll which will last a few years, but will definitely buy again. It’s expensive to get a whole roll, but figuring it out as a per quilt cost, it’s very reasonable, less than buying a small chunk at a time. Review: Love it - Perfect batting. Please bring it back to the SA desertcart shop. ## Features - This Batting Will Not Separate Bunch Or Beard - This 100- Percent United States Grown Cotton Is Punched With Hundreds Of Needles Through A Thin Base Material To Prevent Tearing Shifting Migrating - 5- Percent Cotton/12 - Country Of Origin : United States ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B003W0WS0K | | Additional Features | Quilted | | Brand | The Warm Company | | Brand Name | The Warm Company | | Color | Off-white | | Colour | Off-white | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 951 Reviews | | Fabric Type | 87.5-percent Cotton, 12.5-percent Polymer Fibers | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00753705021312 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 36.58L x 2.29W Meters | | Item Display Dimensions | 2.29 Meters | | Item Form | Cut By The Yard | | Item Type Name | Warm Company Warm & Natural Cotton Batting BTY - Full/Queen Size 90"X40yd | | Item Weight | 0.76 Pounds | | Item form | Cut By The Yard | | Manufacturer | Warm Company | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2131 | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Model Number | 208763 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | UPC | 753705021312 711793148687 | | Unit Count | 32400 Square Feet | | Weave Type | Needle Punched Natural Cotton with Scrim | ## Product Details - **Brand:** The Warm Company - **Colour:** Off-white - **Fabric Type:** 87.5-percent Cotton, 12.5-percent Polymer Fibers - **Item form:** Cut By The Yard - **Material:** Cotton ## Images ![WARM COMPANY Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61lZHXeZf-L.jpg) ![WARM COMPANY Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81AbyKrnETL.jpg) ![WARM COMPANY Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91VsMEByoLL.jpg) ![WARM COMPANY Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717Wi3T3mkL.jpg) ![WARM COMPANY Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61PeIpZ7OjL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can this be used in microwaves?** A: As long as it is 100% cotton. There is batting for bowl holders but it is more expensive - the only requirement for the bowl holders is that ALL materials used MUST be 100% cotton including the thread. **Q: How far apart can the quilting be?** A: I’m sure the manufacturer has # for this but I like 6” or less **Q: I need white bolt with scrim 40 yds by 90 inches** A: Warm and natural dose have white im not sure the the sizes but I did see white. **Q: Why is the price of this jumping $50.00 every few days?** A: Cotton has continued to rise significantly since the drought in the south, especially in Texas. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect batting *by J***. on 19 June 2026* This is the perfect batting! Soft, perfect thickness easy to handle and cut. I bought a whole roll which will last a few years, but will definitely buy again. Please bring it back to the SA Amazon shop. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The batting we know and love *by K***D on 30 August 2021* This is my favorite batting for quilting. Since it was my first time ordering i did unroll it and cut to extra large king size pieces for easier storage and to verify the size. It cut to 12 pieces x 120" so it is a full 40 yards if anyone was curious. Fantastic price and now I have a great stock of batting to get me through probably the next year of projects. Will definitely be ordering again when the price is right. ## Frequently Bought Together - WARM COMPANY (2131) Warm and Natural Cotton Batting by The Yard, 90-Inch by 40-Yard - The Warm Company Warm & Natural 124" x 30 YD Cotton Batting - Premium Quilting & Crafting Batting, Ideal for Quilts, Sewing & More - HEADLEY TOOLS Titanium Coated 45mm Rotary Cutter Blades 15 Pack Fits Olfa, Fiskars, Replacement Rotary Blade for Arts Crafts Quilting Scrapbooking Sewing, Sharp and Durable --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/255854091-warm-company-warm-and-natural-cotton-batting-by-the-yard](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/255854091-warm-company-warm-and-natural-cotton-batting-by-the-yard) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
