Very nice reels, happy to get them at a reasonable price. Takes plenty of line of a thickness I needed. Casts very nice, spins both directions smooth & easy, no catches or bumps. Not heavy reels either, attached to most rods. You can adjust drag with minimal movement, don’t need to spin a full circle. Good colors.

Have the 5000 paired to a 9’ Penn Prevail spinning rod for Carp and Cat fishing. Like the smoothness of the reel and power handle.

Perfect reel. Well built. Smooth casting. In all honesty I was skeptical about the reel, but figured I would give it a shot. Very pleased with the reel and it's performance. Works for bass and bluegill.

works good and I like to folding handle to improve storage in boat.

I had to add shim washers because it was spoiling unevenly. Also the reverse gear takes a while to engage (it spins a little before it locks). Its not an instant stop after you pause reeling. Other than that, it's fine.

Bought for salt water purposes Worked very well on my big water pole (7.7 Ft) With the 20 lb blue monofilament got a little wind knotted but it was caused due to untightened spooling (Self Error) But with everything done correctly, works like a charm on the harder side But still works get it to say money into have a Time Review made in 2026. Enjoy safe fishing!

Order from that maker for a few years. Different size reels. Never, never let me down. Better than Rapala reels, few bucks less too. I.e. I like the push button to fold the handle on the DK2000. Handles could b a tiny bit smaller on the 1+2000 reel. But excellent for ice rods. Plenty of BBs, what a smoooth movement... Cant say anything bad, sorry Rapala.... 🇨🇦
